A Health & Information Fair will be held in conjunction with the Stowe Weekend of Hope on Saturday, May 2, 2020. The Health Fair will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at The Stoweflake Mountain Resort in Stowe, Vermont. We’re looking forward to creating a special 20th annual event and hope you will be part of the celebration!
The goal of the Stowe Weekend of Hope is to provide a low- or no-cost opportunity for cancer survivors, their caregivers and family members, with access to educational sessions and emotional support throughout a weekend-long retreat in Stowe, Vermont. Many of our participants come from low to moderate income means and our intention is to provide this enriching experience without the financial burden. Funding from a variety of sources is necessary in order to keep this event free for survivors to attend.
The Stowe Weekend of Hope is an annual forum for education, enlightenment, and recreation. The focus is to educate, inspire, and celebrate the lives of people living with cancer. There is a broad menu of diverse events that participants can choose from to help them find the information and inspiration they need to cope with their cancer challenge at any stage in their disease. The Health & Information Fair is an integral part of the weekend and we hope you will be able to join us!
Display space at the Health Fair is first-come, first-serve, by reservation only. Space is limited, we encourage you to sign up early.
This event could not be possible without the participation of people like you - sharing time, energy and knowledge to help attendees in their fight against cancer. Thank you for your support!
